Air fryers really can be lifesavers. They provide an easy (and often faster) way to cook healthier meals. For instance, these chicken wings are delicious and<\/strong> keto-friendly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simple Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the Ninja AF101\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Preheat the air fryer to 390\u00b0F for 3 to 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Drizzle oil over the frozen wings and season them with your favorite herbs and spices. (I just use seasoned salt and black pepper, since I\u2019m going to use a sauce at the end.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.

4. Place the frozen chicken wings inside the air fryer basket.<\/p>\n\n\n

5. Cook the wings for 15 minutes at 390\u00b0F, then flip them and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
