1. Soak the peeled potato strips in cold water for 30 minutes. This will help to remove excess starch and make the fries crispier.<\/p>\n\n\n

2. Preheat your air fryer to 390\u00b0F for 3 to 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Spritz the air fryer basket with oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Add the potato strips to the air fryer basket in a single layer. (I tossed the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of canola oil and then sprinkled plain salt and ground black pepper on them.)<\/p>\n\n\n
