Easy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips<\/strong>

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 sweet potatoes, medium<\/li>
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/li>
Favorite seasonings (I used sea salt, coarsely ground black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and a pinch of my favorite chili powder<\/strong><\/a>.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Directions:<\/strong>
1. Preheat the fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes using a mandoline slicer<\/strong><\/a>. (If you don\u2019t have a mandolin slicer, a vegetable peeler works fine too.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Toss the potato slices in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and your favorite seasonings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Lightly spray the fryer with your favorite oil. Place a single layer of the sweet potato slices into the air fryer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Cook the chips for 10 minutes before removing them from the air fryer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*You don\u2019t need to soak the sweet potatoes in water before air frying them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
*Be careful to only air fry one layer of thinly sliced potatoes at a time so that they turn out nice and crispy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
