<\/p>Earlier this month, Bedtime Stories<\/a><\/em> was released on Blu-ray & DVD.\n

My family really liked this movie. Adam Sandler did a great job playing the \u201cfun uncle\u201d Skeeter Bronson who babysits his sister\u2019s two kids for a week. The kids (who haven\u2019t been exposed to a lot, because of their extremely uptight mom) are adorable. Since Skeeter doesn\u2019t like the bedtime stories that his sister has left for the kids, he makes up his own with various scenarios including ancient Greece, the Wild West and outer space. To his pleasant surprise, after he tells a story, the next day portions of it come true in his current life. Over time, he realizes that it\u2019s only the parts of the story that the kids say which happen. He tries to manipulate what the kids say (with mixed results) so that his life can improve. Each of the stories has their own appeal. (Michael\u2019s favorite part was the space fighting.) In the end, Skeeter has to write his own story in order to save the day for his family. Initially, Skeeter had told the kids (whose parents had recently divorced) that there were no happy endings in life but by the end, he had convinced himself otherwise.<\/p>\n

The 3-disc combo pack includes a Blu-ray Disc, a bonus standard DVD and a special DisneyFile Digital Copy. This lets you watch the same movie in a variety of formats. Bonus features include behind-the-scenes looks at the film\u2019s special effects, bloopers, deleted scenes and more. One of Michael\u2019s favorites in the movie was Bugsy, the guinea pig with huge eyes. We kept going back and forth regarding whether or not they really found an animal with such huge eyes.<\/p>\n
