The kids have recovered from their colds and stomach viruses so I\u2019m back to work. (Yay!) Today, I\u2019m talking about the truth that \u201cHappiness is an accomplishment.\u201d This saying was on my yogi \u201cThroat Comfort\u201d tea bag. While happiness\u00a0is not the only<\/strong><\/span> (or even\u00a0the most important) goal to achieve in life, I still find this saying to be true. In today\u2019s mini-podcast, I share a couple of mindset shifts that help me to be happier with my husband (\u201cdon\u2019t major in the minors\u201d) and with my kids (\u201cchoose to be happy over being right\u201d).<\/p>\n
