Of course, the food added to my joy at the lunch. Tipsy Parson<\/a> is a relatively new southern restaurant in Chelsea. The \u201cshabby chic\u201d interior was warm and inviting. The food was also really good. I\u2019m not a big fan of fried green tomatoes but I actually enjoyed their version. The best part of the meal was their pasta of the day.
