<\/p>I have been to a\u00a0 couple of great Italian cooking classes in the last couple of months, so I wanted to make a homemade marinara.\u00a0 I bought all of the ingredients and decided that I would use fresh instead of canned tomatoes.\u00a0 Suffice it to say, I picked the wrong<\/strong> tomatoes.\u00a0 So, the sauce came out looking like this:\n

That orangish looking marinara sauce is an accurate picture of what my day felt like.\u00a0 So many things went right and I\u2019m thankful for that.\u00a0 Yet, the things that went wrong just left the day feeling \u201coff\u201d.\u00a0 Oh, well.\u00a0 I\u2019m going to bed.\u00a0 I\u2019ll pick up some canned tomatoes tomorrow and re-do the marinara sauce.
