Not having gluten issues, my family and I enjoyed these cookies strictly for their taste and I was shocked at how good they actually tasted! Having never had a gluten-free cookie before, I wasn\u2019t sure what to expect. Did this mean it was flavorless or bland? Well, from the way my daughter, husband and I devoured them, I can tell you that they definitely weren\u2019t flavorless.\u00a0 Some of the differences between this cookie and your standard one are that these cookies use brown rice flour and potato starch instead of white flour. They also contain cane juice, sugar, vanilla and tapioca starch for sweetness\u2026making them irresistible.<\/p>\n

For our samples, we were sent their Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and Snickerdoodles. Hands-down, the chocolate chip cookies were our favorites. I loved how chewy and moist they tasted.\u00a0 It was actually hard to tell whether they were just baked or not because they seemed so fresh. The oatmeal cookies that were packed with certified oats and plump, chewy raisins were also incredible. The Snickerdoodles also contained a delicious combination of vanilla and cinnamon spices.<\/p>\n

Another nice thing about these cookies is that if you have friends or family members that are gluten-free, you can serve these delicious treats so that no one will feel excluded. (No one will probably even know the difference between these cookies and the traditional white flour ones.)\u00a0 These chewy and satisfying cookies \u2013 whether they were gluten-free or not \u2013 passed the test for my cooking-loving family.
