I guess that I should be planning and focusing on the fall season, but I\u2019m not.\u00a0 <\/span>I\u2019m still stuck on summer.\u00a0 <\/span>Fall doesn\u2019t begin until September 23rd, so I still have three more weeks to enjoy summer.\u00a0 I haven\u2019t crossed off all of the things on my personal and family \"Summer To Do List\", so I hope to cross of the last three before summer ends.\u00a0 They are:<\/p>\n

1. Take my son to the New York Aquarium.<\/p>\n

2. Go away for a long weekend to the Hamptons. [No, we\u2019re not (financially) rich\u2026we just go off-season.\u00a0 You\u2019ll be amazed <\/strong>at the prices that you can get if you go just a week after Labor Day.\u00a0 Fortunately, my husband gets a gazillion holidays now that he\u2019s a teacher, so we\u2019ll be going away for the long Rosh Hashanah\/Ramadan week-end.]<\/p>\n

and<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Go to High Tea at Lady Mendl\u2019s (http:\/\/www.innatirving.com\/dining-lady.asp). [Although high tea isn\u2019t a traditional summer activity, it\u2019s one of the things that I love.\u00a0 I vowed to myself that I would go to a different high tea at least once every three months. I\u2019m going with a friend on the 22nd\u2026I\u2019m cutting it close.]\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget\u00a0 to end\u00a0<\/span>your summer on a great note!<\/p>\n
