<\/p>After a quick breakfast, we headed to a Sea Explorer excursion in Nassau, Bahamas that we had purchased beforehand. The weather was beautiful (in the 70s), the locals were friendly and we had a great time. We caught a boat to a glass paneled underwater vessel. On the way, the host cracked jokes and pointed out the various multi-million dollar homes of the rich and famous. (Oprah owned two of them!) \u201cSlim\u201d mentioned that many of the celebrities only visit one week out of the year. The rest of the time, the homes were kept up by caretakers. He quipped that he was trying to get a job as a caretaker.

It was a unique experience to be at the bottom of the island waters with glass windows. We could see all of the fish (including sharks), turtles and such as they swam right past us. It was also wild to see how the water levels dropped so abruptly. We went from 13 feet to 30 feet in a matter of seconds. The boys agreed that if felt as if we were inside an aquarium! After the tour, we hung out in the city for a bit before heading back to the boat. (I definitely recommend booking an excursion beforehand unless you know someone locally. The Bahamians rely on tourism and the locals try to up sell as much as possible.)<\/p>\n

During the afternoon, we had lunch. Then, Sean and I watched a movie in the lounge while Reggie and Michael went to play shuffleboard, table tennis, the Wii and arcade games. We all met back up to see Slime Time Live, an interactive game show. The teams were great sports \u2013 they were playing for the opportunity to get slimed (?!) The questions made me aware of how observant kids are\u2026and I am not \u2013 when it comes to cartoons and such. For instance, one of the questions was, \u201cWhat color are Boots\u2019 shoes (from Dora)?\u201d I thought the answer was blue. Sean said, \u201cRed\u201d. He was right and I was wrong. Oh, well\u2026we weren\u2019t competing in the game anyway.

The evening ended on the dance floor after dinner. This time it wasn\u2019t Sean tearing up the dance floor\u2026it was Reggie! I had encouraged Reggie to sign up for the \u201cDancing with the Jewel Stars\u201d Comedy Dance Competition, where guests and crew members were paired up to compete. He reluctantly agreed\u2026and he ended up winning first place by a combination of judge votes and crowd applause. Yay Reggie!
